Client Profile: A non-profit social organization.

Presenting Challenge: When the organization lost their bookkeeper, the office manager had to step into the role. While she knew the basics of bookkeeping, she needed stronger skills to provide the organization with effective financial management. 

PBSI Solution and Results: PBSI cleaned up the financial records by entering all of the transactions since the beginning of the year.  We trained the new Treasurer manager in automated accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. The organization is now better positioned to procure additional funding because financial reporting is more accurate and comprehensive.
