Client Profile: A major health care provider in the St Louis area.
Background: A line of business in a local major health care organization was implementing an Electronic Medical Record system for 280 users and (4) client sites including the development of quality assurance plans to ensure compliance regulatory and HIPPA requirements.
Scope of Project: Performed change management assessments and developed Organization Change Management Transformation Plans. These plans provided activities and tasks to address the five stages of change including activities to clarify needs, mobilize stakeholders, train users, reward performance and plan for staff transition. Integrated the Organization Change Management Transformation Plans with Project Management schedule and plans. Assisted clients in their development of Change Management Policies by developing templates, workflow, procedures, and training.
