Client Profile: Approximately 65 clients over a 5 year period

Background:  PBSI’s principle Stephanie Drilling experience leading business transformation – financial management projects.

Managed pre-sales assistance and implementation of ERP/CRM applications for an international consulting organization with clients in 30 countries. During a 5 year period assisted 75 clients with finance transformation projects.  Provided project management, development of functional design specifications, implementation of modules to support integrated business process, assessment of internal control requirements, application installation and configuration and development of customized training for CRM, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain (Accounts Payable, Inventory and Purchasing) and Financial Reporting modules. Developed integrations where necessary to third party applications (Oracle, Banner, SAP and other systems.)  Experienced at managing cross-functional teams for fast-paced projects as well as complex projects with more than 25 people with budgets from $250,000 to $5 million.
