Certifications Held By Our Principles

The PMP is the gold standard of project management certification. Recognized and demanded by organizations worldwide, the PMP validates your competence to perform in the role of a project manager, leading and directing projects and teams.  The Project Management Institute issues this certification.

A Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a certification for accounting professionals who have demonstrated ability in strategic management and financial accounting.  This certification builds on financial accounting proficiency by adding management skills that aid in making strategic business decisions based on financial data. The Certified Management Accountant Certification requires a college degree; the Institute of Management Accountants issues this accounting certification.

Master Black Belts are experts responsible for the strategic deployment of Six Sigma within an organization. They promote and support improvement activities in all business areas of their organization as well as at suppliers and customers.  Principle Stephanie Drilling received her training and certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from Dr. Mikel J Harry.  Dr. Harry has been widely recognized and cited in many publications as the principal architect of Six Sigma and the world’s leading authority within this field.

On successful completion of the Lead Assessor Certification, the delegate will know the ISO 9000 Series, ISO / IEC 17025:2005, be trained Auditors or Assessors, be competent to audit their own organization, subcontractors, and suppliers as Auditors or Lead Auditors; be able to prepare and conduct assessments for the purpose of accreditation; and understand the economic advantages of laboratory Quality Management Systems.

The Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is a credential awarded by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  The ACFE association is a provider of anti-fraud training and education. Together with more than 80,000 members, the ACFE seeks to reduce business fraud world-wide and to inspire public confidence in the integrity and objectivity within the profession. Fraud examiners are trained to understand how and why fraud occurs.

The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® formally recognizes our knowledge of agile principles and skills with agile techniques.  The PMI-ACP spans many approaches to agile such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, extreme programming (XP) and test-driven development (TDD.) The ACP credential is presented by the Project Management Institute.
